NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 15th day of February, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000413-, of the Circuit Court of the 4TH Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and AUDREY EDWARDS UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUDREY EDWARDS; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.  TARA S. GREEN as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at https://clay.realforeclose.com/ at, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of March, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ALL IN SECTION 17 T 8 S, R 23 E, BEING A PARCEL OF LAND 400 FEET DEEP AND 200 FEET WIDE LYING ADJACENT TO AND 100 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER OF SR #68 AND FRONTING ON BROOKLYN LAKE. EXCEPT A RIGHT OF WAY 25 WIDE ACROSS THIS LAND, WHICH RIGHT OF WAY LIES 126 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE SW LINE AND EXTENDS WESTERLY PARALLEL WITH SAID SOUTHWEST LINE. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 65, PAGE 318, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA
