NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 102018CA000651A001XX of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein Navy Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Ronald A. Wellens; Unknown Spouse of Ronald A. Wellens; Laihla Ann Wellens, a minor child, in the care of Ava Loren f/k/a Evelyn Ann Norse-Wellens; Melissa Michell Wellens a/k/a Melissa M. Wellens f/k/a Melissa M. Valdez; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest,by, through, under or against the Estate of Ronald A. Wellens, Deceased are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on March 1, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, ORANGE PARK SOUTH UNIT 5, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 66 AND 67, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 says after the sale. Dated this 4th day of February, 2022.
