NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2024 and entered in Case No. 2023-CC-001287, in and for Clay County, Florida wherein FOREST HAMMOCK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JEREMIAH M. HAMLIN is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 9th day of July, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 640, Forest Hammock at Oakleaf Plantation - Unit Two, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page(s) 10 through 41 inclusive, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida. Parcel Identification Number:01-04-24-005524-017-24.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
