LOT 16, BLOCK 1, GROVE PARK UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 9 AND 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
