NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023CA001143, of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida. TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2020-4, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RONALD E. BARNHILL A/K/A RONALD BARNHILL, DECEASED, RONALD S. BARNHILL, KRISTIAN E. BARNHILL, STATE OF FLORIDA, CLERK OF COURT, CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A MARINA BARNHILL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 17, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
