THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR TO THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOHN JOSEPH MINORICS A/K/A JOHN JOSEPH MINORICS, III, DECEASED, CHRIS MINORICS, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR VAK CAPITAL TRUST 1, STATE OF FLORIDA, CLERK OF COURT, CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA, LISA ANN GRIFFIN, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A LISA GRIFFIN, are defendants. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
