Petitioner, IRENE SANCHEZ ORO, publishes this Notice of Diligent Search and Inquiry, pursuant to Florida Statutes 49.031 to 49.041, and states as follows:

I, IRENE SANCHEZ ORO, am the Petitioner in the above referenced action and have personal knowledge of the facts stated herein.

Diligent search and inquiry have been made to discover the residence and address of JUAN CARLOS LICONA MARTINEZ A/K/A ROBERTO MILLAN LICONA, however he has made no effort to stay in contact with his children or may be attempting to conceal himself.

There is no person within the State upon whom service can be made which would bind him.

The above-named individual is over eighteen (18) years of age. He is presently not in the military service of the United States of America.

Efforts to locate him include, but are not limited to:

• Names and addresses of relatives and contacts with those relatives, and inquiry as to his last known address;
• Information about his possible death and, if dead, the date and location of the death;
• Telephone listings in the last known location of his residence;
• Internet at http://www.switchboard.com or other internet databank locator service.
• Hospitals in the last known area of his residence.

Wherefore, Petitioner has no means of effecting physical service upon him.
