The above-described property was purchased by the Plaintiffs on 1/30/2008 for $118,711.06 at the Repo Supermarket aka Big Bend Mobile Home (Respondent) formerly located at 1661 Blanding Boulevard, Middleburg FL 32068. The Plaintiffs are currently in the possession of said property and have filed a Complaint for a Declaratory Judgement against the Respondent. The purpose of this complaint is the Respondent did not title the mobile home to the Plaintiff(s) per the agreement to purchase and the property and mobile home are within the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida. In order to protect your rights you must file an Answer to the Complaint with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Clay County, Florida, within twenty (20) days of the publication. You must also serve a copy of your Answer on the Plaintiff(s) Michael E. Flak; Denise Howard Flak, 6055 Plantation Court, Keystone Heights FL 32656. Failure to do so may result in the entry of a default against you and the Judge will issue a Declaratory Judgment awarding the mobile home to the Plaintiffs(s).
