NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION CLOSING A ROAD

The Board of County Commissioners (the Board) of Clay County, Florida, has received a petition (the Petition) filed pursuant to Sections 336.09 and 336.10, Florida Statutes, on behalf of Brian Haggard, to close a portion of a certain public roadway hereinafter described. In accordance with the Petition, the Board held a public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, and thereafter adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 336.10, Florida Statutes, closing, vacating and abandoning said portion of the public road, said portion being more particularly described as follows:
All that part of Shands Avenue according to plat of Fellowship Park recorded in the Public Records of Clay County, Florida in Plat Book 2, Page 61, lying south of Myrtle Boulevard and west of Des Moines Avenue.
