Lots 13 and 26, Block 78, Highridge Estates Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 38-44 inclusive, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.

And has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on RICHARD MUTARELLI, JR., ESQ., the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is: McGraw, Rauba & Mutarelli, P.A., 35 SE 1st Avenue, Suite 102, Ocala, Florida 34471, on or before 30 days from first day of publication and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
