Book 749, Page 418 of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.

 TOGETHER WITH that certain 2000 MERIT double wide mobile home bearing Florida Title Numbers 81917558 and 81917820 and Identification Numbers FLHMLCB53722648A and FLHMLCB53722648B situate thereon.
