Commence at the Southwest corner of the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of Section 5, Township 5 South, Range 24 East, Clay County, Florida; and run North 89 degrees 41 minutes 29 seconds East along the South line of said North 1/2 of the North 1/2 1525.00 feet to the Northeast corner of Holly Oaks an unrecorded subdivision; thence run South 00 degrees 27 minutes 12 seconds East along the East line of said subdivision 2051.60 feet to the Northwest corner of Sylvia Acres, an unrecorded subdivision being on the South Right-Of-Way of a 100.00 feet access road; thence run North 89 degrees 43 minutes 05 seconds East along said Right-Of-way 199.85 feet to the P.C. of a curve, having a radius of 529.05 feet and being concave to the Northwest; thence run Northeasterly along the arc of said Right-Of- Way curve an arc distance of 226.88 feet (through a central angle of 24 degrees 34 minutes 14 seconds) to the West Right-Of-Way of a 60.00 foot access road; thence run South 08 degrees 33 minutes 13 seconds East along said Right-Of-Way 250.05 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 08 degrees 33 minutes 13 seconds East along said Right-Of-Way 101.50 feet; thence run South 89 degrees 43 minutes 05 seconds West 469.45 feet to the West line of Sylvia Acres; thence run North 00 degrees 27 minutes 12 seconds West along the West line of said subdivision 100.00 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 43 minutes 05 seconds East 445.21 feet to the West Right-Of-Way of said 60.00 foot access road and the Point of Beginning.

Together with that certain 2009 Destiny Southern Pines Manufactured Home, Serial Number DISH04065GAA/B

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Anthony R. Smith, Esquire, the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Tiffany & Bosco, P.A., 1201 S. Orlando Ave, Suite 430, Winter Park, FL  32789, on or before thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; or a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
