has been filed by Plaintiff, MICHAEL E. PALMER & SANDRA J. PALMER, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Alisa Wilkes, Esq., 13400 Sutton Park Dr. S., Suite 1204, Jacksonville, FL  32224, (904) 620-9545 within 30 days after the first publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Court and Plaintiff's attorney, otherwise a default and judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded.
