Dannie L. Higginbotham, Sr., et. al. to the property described as:

A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PARCEL BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
