YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Direct General Insurance Company has instituted an Action for Declaratory Judgment against you in the Circuit Civil in and for Clay County and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and responses to Plaintiff’s First Request for Admissions to Defendant, ARIEL MARIE OSTER AS PARENT, NATURAL AND LEGAL GUARDIAN OF S.G., A MINOR, if any, to it on McFARLANE LAW, whose address is 210 N. University Drive, 6th Floor, Coral Springs, Florida 33071, and file the original with the Clerk of Court at 825 N. Orange Avenue, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 on or before 30 days, either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Declaratory Judgment.
This notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in Clay Today.
