LEGAL NOTICE

Public Notice is hereby given the Town Council of the Town of Orange Park will hold a public hearing on an ordinance amending Chapter 34 of the Orange Park Town Code; Section 34-6 prohibiting the parking of vehicles between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays exclusive of holidays within the public right-of-way of a portion of Blake Avenue Orange Circle North; Section 34-10 establishing a penalty for the parking of commercial vehicles on public streets and rights-of-way; providing for conflict with other ordinances; providing for severability; providing an effective date.
This public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 in the Orange Park Town Hall Council Chambers, the corner of Park and Kingsley Avenue at 7:00 P.M. The Council of the Town of Orange Park will consider said ordinance for final action. Any person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Council of the Town of Orange park with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record would include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Copies of this ordinance may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk, Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. until 5:30 P.M. Interested parties may attend the meeting and be heard.
