Individual sealed bids for the Town of Orange Park Eldridge Avenue Water Main Replacement Project, in OrangePark, Florida will be received by Town Clerk, Town of Orange Park, 2042 Park Avenue, Orange Park, Florida until 11:00 a.m., local time, March 25, 2022.

Envelopes must be clearly marked with the project title, time and date of bid opening. If mailed, bids must be addressed to Town Clerk at the above address. Bids must be submitted in the format as outlined in the specifications.

The award of this bid will result in a contract to replace 315 linear feet of 8-inch PVC Water Main as part of the utility relocations associated with the Florida Department of Transportation project #435575.

Bid documents will be made available, 3:00 p.m., February 8, 2022, by calling Mike Kelter, PE, Town of Orange Park Consulting Engineer/Bid Manager at (904) 338-4284. All plans and specifications are in digital format.

Bidders must submit with the Bid documentation that they have constructed similar type work during the past five years with references and they have the required Utility Contractor License.

Bid bonds are required to demonstrate the ability of the contractor to obtain construction bonds.

The Town shall have the right to reject any or all bids in the Town’s best interest. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be addressed to Mike Kelter, PE, (904) 338-4284.
