INVITATION TO BID

Individual sealed bids for the Town of Orange Park Ash Street WWTP Blower Installation Project, in Orange Park, Florida will be received by Town Clerk, Town of Orange Park, 2042 Park Avenue, Orange Park, Florida until 11:00 a.m., local time, March 8, 2022.

Envelopes must be clearly marked with the project title, time and date of bid opening. If mailed, bids must be addressed to Town Clerk at the above address. Bids must be submitted in the format as outlined in the specifications.

The award of this bid will result in a contract to install one owner purchased Positive Displacement Blower for its Wastewater Treatment Plant and to construct appurtenant improvements including rolling door access, stormwater improvements to the building, and building electrical modifications.

Bid documents will be made available, 3:00 p.m., February 1, 2022 by calling Mike Kelter, PE, Town of Orange Park Consulting Engineer/Bid Manager at (904) 338-4284. All plans and specifications are in digital format.

Bidders must submit with the Bid documentation that they have constructed similar type work during the past five years with references and they have the required General Contractor License.

Bid bonds are required to demonstrate the ability of the contractor to obtain construction bonds.
