MIDDLEBURG – Parents left with bags filled with enough food for the Thanksgiving holiday. Children left with painted faces, clothes, haircuts and full bellies. But most important, hundreds left grateful to Mercy Support Services, Saved2Serve Ministries and Seeds of Love was there to help during their second annual Fall Blessings on Saturday, Nov. 19, at Mercy Support Services. Most of the Thanksgiving meal bags were provided by Elevated Life Church, but Saved2Serve expanded its meal distribution to Mercy after providing families in need for the past nine years. The faith-based groups also were available to answer prayer requests.
