GOVERNORS PARK SOUTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Governors Park South Community Development District (“District”), located in Clay County, will hold an Organizational Meeting on July 2, 2024 at 11:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Holiday Inn and Suites, 620 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073.
The meeting is being held for the necessary public purpose of considering certain organizational matters of the Board to include election of certain District officers, the appointment of staff including, but not limited to, manager, attorney, and others as deemed appropriate by the Board, and to conduct any other business that may come before the Board.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained from the office of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (877) 276-0889, during normal business hours.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
