KEYSTONE HEIGHTS – More than 2,000 people gathered in downtown Keystone Heights on Saturday, Oct. 28, for the annual Keystone Lake Area Lions Club’s Boo on the Boulevard. That’s not bad, considering there are only about 1,500 city residents. For hours, children went business-to-business, showing off their Halloween costumes, collecting candy and prizes and playing games. Families also kept three food trucks hustling, and about 200 stayed long enough to watch Disney’s “Monsters, Inc.” at Keystone Beach.
