While it's an unincorporated area, Lakeside is considered to have the greatest population. There are 247 miles of dirt roads in the county, and nearly 740 miles of paved roads. And the county has a median house income of $86,000. There are three municipalities in the county. Orange Park is officially 5.32-square-miles, which includes 1.7-square miles of waterways. Keystone Heights is only 1.1 square miles, with .01-square-miles of water. And, Green Cove Springs has a land area of 7.5-square miles and a water area of 2.7-square miles.
