D’Olimpio, McKenzie earn degrees at University of Alabama

Aiosa, Daly graduated from Georgia Tech

ATLANTA – The Georgia Institute of Technology presented degrees to more than 5,700 undergraduate and graduate students during the Institute’s 266th Commencement, including Nicole Aiosa of Middleburg and Miguel Daly of Orange Park.

The Georgia Institute of Technology, or Georgia Tech, is one of the top public research universities in the U.S., developing leaders who advance technology and improve the human condition.

The Institute offers degrees in business, computing, design, engineering, liberal arts and sciences. Its more than 47,000 undergraduate and graduate students represent 54 U.S. states and territories and more than 143 countries. They study at the main campus in Atlanta, at campuses in France and China, or through distance and online learning.

Hudson, Hodges earn spots on Alabama’s Dean’s List

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – A total of 13,103 students enrolled during Spring Semester at The University of Alabama earned a spot on the dean’s list with an academic record of 3.5 (or greater) or the president’s list with an academic record of 4.0. These driven students are making waves across UA’s more than 70 undergraduate programs.

The UA dean’s and president’s lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

Local students on the Dean’s List were Lilly Hudson, Chloe Hodges and Hannah D’Olimpio of Fleming Island.

Fleming’s Rhodes on American International’s Dean’s List

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – American International College student Jered Rhodes of Fleming Island earned Dean’s List honors for the Spring semester.

Rhodes is majoring in Management.

Dean’s List honors are awarded to full-time students who have achieved a 3.3 to 4.0 GPA. Founded in 1885, American International College (AIC) is a private, co-educational, doctoral granting institution located in Springfield, Massachusetts, comprising the School of Business, Arts, and Sciences, the School of Education, and the School of Health Sciences.

Green Cove Springs’ Archer makes Marquette’s Dean’s List

MILWAUKEE – Green Cove Springs’ Helene Archer was selected to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Archer is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences.

To make the Dean’s List, students must have earned at least 12 credits for the spring 2024 semester and have no disqualifying grades. The GPA threshold varies by college.

Three from Orange Park make academic lists at Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston congratulated more than 3,500 students named to the President’s List and the Dean’s List for Spring.

Alexis Drumm, who’s majoring in Business Administration, and Josephine Dinkins, who’s majoring in Special Education, both of Orange Park, made the President’s List, while Orange Park’s Noah Daniels, who’s majoring in Biochemistry, made the Dean’s List.

The College of Charleston is a public liberal arts and sciences university located in the heart of historic Charleston, South Carolina. Founded in 1770, the College is among the nation’s top universities for quality education, student life and affordability.
