SANDRIDGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF FISCAL YEAR 2024 MEETINGS

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Sandridge Community Development District (“District”) will hold regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2024 at 2:00 p.m., at the Holiday Inn and Suites, 620 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073 on the following dates:

November 28, 2023
January 23, 2024
February 27, 2024
March 26, 2024
April 23, 2024
May 28, 2024
June 25, 2024
July 23, 2024
August 27, 2024
September 24, 2024
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone. A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (561) 571-0010, during normal business hours or by visiting the District’s website https://sandridgecdd.net/.
Any person requiring special accommodations at the meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (877) 276-0889 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meetings. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
