REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CREEKVIEW COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA

The Creekview Community Development District (“District”), located in Clay County, Florida, requests Applications for Qualification from firms interested in providing architectural design services, which services may include planning, permitting, cost estimates, plan preparation, designs and specifications, and installation oversight of the following project: improvements that include common areas, parks, entry features, hardscape, amenities and architectural design elements for the community.
Any firm or individual desiring to provide professional services to the District must furnish a resume of its qualifications and experience on Standard Form SF 330 with pertinent supporting data not exceeding 20 pages. Firms or individuals interested in this project must have prior experience on at least three projects for a local government entity.
In addition to the criteria listed herein, to be eligible to submit qualifications firms must hold all required applicable state and local licenses in good standing, hold all required applicable federal licenses in good standing, and, if a corporation, be a current and active corporation or authorized to do business in the State of Florida. Selection of a firm to meet the needs of the District will be based on the following criteria:
• Ability and adequacy of the professional personnel employed by each
consultant;
• Whether a consultant is a certified minority business enterprise;
• Each consultant’s past performance;
• Willingness of each consultant to meet time and budget requirements;
• Geographic location of each consultant’s headquarters, office and
personnel in relation to the project;
• Recent, current and projected workloads of each consultant; and
• Volume of work previously awarded to each consultant by the District.
The District will review all applicants and will comply with the State procedures as established by the Consultant's Competitive Negotiations Act, Chapter 287, Florida Statutes. All applicants interested must submit one (1) hardcopy and one (1) electronic copy via flash drive of each of Standard Form SF 330, letter of interest, and information relating to their qualifications and past experience by February 16, 2023 at 12:00 p.m., to the attention of District Manager (Wrathell, Hunt and Associates, LLC), Creekview Community Development District, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431.
