NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Cancelling the February 1, 2023 Foreclosure Sale and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered February 1, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2020CA000884, of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QS13 (hereafter
“Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and GEORGE SAMANIEGO A/K/A GEORGE W. SAMANIEGO; SILVIA J. SAMANIEGO A/K/A SULVIA SAMANIEGO; SILVER CREEK OF CLAY COUNTY HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Tara S. Green, Clerk of the Circuit Court for CLAY, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.clay.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of March, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
