NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 25th day of July 2022, and entered in Case No. 2022CA000091, of the Circuit Court of the 4TH Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC. is the Plaintiff and JOHN DANIEL COLLINS III PLANTATION VILLAGE TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION, INC. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN DANIEL COLLINS, III; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. TARA S. GREEN as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at https://clay.realforeclose.com/ at, 10:00 AM on the 24th day of October 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
