NOTICE OF WORKSHOP

RIDGEWOOD TRAILS

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

A public workshop of one or more members of the Board of Supervisors of the Ridgewood Trails Community Development District (“District”) will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Azalea Ridge Amenity Center, 1667 Azalea Ridge Boulevard, Middleburg, Florida 32068.

The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts.  A copy of the agenda for the workshop may be obtained from the District Manager, at 475 West Town Place, Suite 114, St. Augustine, Florida 32092 or by calling (904) 940-5850), and is expected to also be available on the District’s website at www.RidgewoodTrailscdd.com. The workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such workshop. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.

Any person requiring special accommodations at the workshop because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the workshop.  If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY) / 1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Manager’s Office.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the workshop is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
