PUBLIC NOTICE

UNCLAIMED MONEY HELD BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE

The following moneys are unclaimed by the named individuals or companies and unless claimed by September 1, 2022, will be forfeited to the county. 

Persons having or claiming interest in such funds or any portion of them shall file their written claim to the Sheriff's Office by September 1, 2022 as follows:

By mail to Clay County Sheriff's Office, PO Box 548, Green Cove Springs, FL  32043-0548  Attention Unclaimed Funds Processing, Fiscal Department.

By hand-delivery to 901 North Orange Avenue, Green Cove Springs, FL and clearly marked Unclaimed Funds Processing, Fiscal Department.

Claimant must provide valid proof of ownership, mailing address and phone number where they may be reached in case additional information is required to support the claim.
