PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF ADJUSTED MOBILITY FEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that as required by Clay County Ordinance No. 2020-39, the Clay County Mobility Fee Ordinance, the Mobility Fees assessed thereunder, per Section 3.10, beginning October 1, 2021, and each year thereafter, shall automatically be adjusted by the percent change for the previous Fiscal Year in the Florida Department of Transportation Price Trends Index. A copy of the adjusted Mobility Fees to be effective October 1, 2022, and to be set forth in Appendix C to the Clay County Mobility Fee Ordinance, is available for review at the office of the Clay County Planning Department, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida.

The Mobility Fees are imposed upon all New Construction occurring within the unincorporated area of the County and shall be collected prior to Electrical Power Clearance for said construction.  The rate adjustment will commence on October 1, 2022.
