HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF CLAY COUNTY POST OFFICE BOX 1620

 NOTICE is hereby given that the Housing Finance Authority of Clay County will receive and review requests from Developers who are interested in submitting an application to Florida Housing Finance Corporation for financing under its Low Income Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program and are requesting County Contribution for said application.

Please submit information regarding your proposed project to the Housing Finance Authority of Clay County, Post Office Box 1620, Orange Park, FL, 30273, Attn: Theresa Sumner, or to Theresa.Sumner@claycountygov.com no later than 11:00 a.m. MONDAY, June 6, 2022.

The Evaluation Criteria the Authority will consider for each project is attached.

35   Local Preference: Contractor has offices in either Duval/Clay/Nassau/Baker or St . Johns counties during the last five (5) years

35   Contractor has built more than three (3) similar projects in either Duval/Clay/Nassau/Baker or St. Johns counties within the past five (5) years.

10   Company Background/Qualifications/Adequate Personnel and Resources

5   Prior experience in affordable housing

5   Funding for Projects under Florida Housing Finance Corporation's Low Income Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program within the last five (5) years
