You are hereby notified that your parental rights to H.B.W., whose date of birth is August 10, 2015, may be terminated in this adoption proceeding, unless you appear and defend any such rights within 30 days of first publication of the Notice, by filing a Response with the Circuit Clerk of Greenbrier County, West Virginia and by serving said Response upon counsel for Petitioner, Emily S. Isaacs, Legal Aid of West Virginia, 125 Green Lane, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
You are further notified that a final hearing will be held on February 13, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, by the Honorable Robert E. Richardson, Circuit Court Judge of Greenbrier County, at the Greenbrier County Courthouse, 912 Court Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
Failure to respond or appear may result in termination of any parental rights you may have.
