Notice of Workshop and Regular Meeting

Fleming Island Plantation Community Development District
The Board of Supervisors of the Fleming Island Plantation Community Development District will hold a Workshop and a Regular meeting on December 20, 2022. The Workshop will commence at 5:00 p.m. for New Supervisor, followed by the Regular Meeting at 6:00 p.m. Both the workshop and the regular meeting will be held at the Splash Park, located at 1510 Calming Water Drive, Fleming Island, Florida.
The workshop and meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. They may be continued to a date, time, and location to be specified on the record at the workshop or meeting without further publication of notice.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained seven (7) days in advance of the workshop and meeting by accessing the District’s website or by contacting the District Manager at Janice.Davis@inframark.com. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting is advised that person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
