NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Agreed Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 4, 2023 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Clay County, Florida, the office of Tara S. Green, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on October 4, 2023 at www.clay.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Florida alcoholic beverage license number 20-00085 3 PS (Clay County)
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
