NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Summary Final Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff dated the 13th day of July, 2022, entered in Case No.: 2021-CA-000563 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclosure.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 29th day of August, 2022, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 54, CEDAR CREEK AT ROLLING HILLS, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 55, Page(s) 44 through 52, inclusive, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.

Property Address:  3364 Bradley Creek Pkwy, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
