On Friday, September 1, 2023, at 12 p.m., the M/V ESCAPADE, her Engines, Tackle,
Apparel, etc., will be sold AS IS and WHERE IS, free of all mortgages, liens, and other encumbrances at a public auction sale pursuant to an Order issued from the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on August 7, 2023, and pursuant to Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manual Sections 5(q) and (r). The sale will take place at the front steps of Bryan J. Simpson Courthouse, 300 North Hogan St., Jacksonville, FL 32202. Information concerning the M/V Escapade is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Immediately after auction, the successful bidder must deposit the full purchase price, or a minimum deposit of 10% of the successful bid, with the U.S. Marshal by cash or certified cashier's
check. The balance, if any, must be paid to the U.S. Marshal by certified cash or certified cashier's check before the sale is confirmed, and as set forth in Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manual Section 5 (r).
