Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 6, 2022, in the above styled civil action of the County Court, in and for Clay County, Florida, in which JAMES E. FRAZIER, DOTTIE B. FRAZIER, UNKNOWN TENANT NO.1TIFFANY FRAZIER AND UNKNOWN TENANT NO.2WILLIAM FRAZIER are the Defendants, and SPENCER'S PLANTATION OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff. The property will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on December 6, 2023, on Clay County’s Public Auction website: www.clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The property to be sold as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure is more particularly described as:
Lot 164, SPENCER PLANTATION UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 43 through 48, inclusive, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
