Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 22, 2023, in the above styled civil action of the County Court, in and for Clay County, Florida, in which LINDA SMITH AND UNKNOWN TENANTS NO. 1 AND 2 are the Defendants, and TWO CREEKS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on October 12, 2023, on Clay County’s Public Auction website: www.clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 7, Two Creeks, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 62 through 104, inclusive, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
