Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 23, 2023, in the above styled civil action of the County Court, in and for Clay County, Florida, in which THE ESTATE OF JENNIFER SATCHELL is the Defendant, and TWO CREEKS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , is the Plaintiff. The property will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on October 12, 2023, on Clay County’s Public Auction website: www.clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The property to be sold as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure is more particularly described as:
Lot 491, TWO CREEKS, a subdivision, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 62 through 104, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
