FRAZIER, UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1/TIFFANY FRAZIER and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2/WILLIAM FRAZIER, WHO MAY BE IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY are the Defendants, and SPENCER’S PLANTATION OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on January 18, 2023, on Clay County’s Public Auction website: www.clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
