NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 31, 2023, in Case No. 2023-CC-58 of the County Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, in which KBM Builders, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Petrece Robinson is Defendant, I, the Clay County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at: www.clay.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of July, 2023 the
following described real property:
Lot 9, North Bank, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page(s) 5 and 6, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
