Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 3, 2023, in the above styled civil action of the County Court, in and for Clay County, Florida, in which DONNA E. BILTON WHO MAY BE IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY is the Defendant, and GLEN LAUREL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is
the Plaintiff. The property will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on June 22, 2023, on Clay County’s Public Auction website: www.clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The property to be sold as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure is more particularly described as:
Lot 20, GLEN LAUREL UNIT ONE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 52, 53, 54, and 55, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
