Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 3, 2023, in the above styled civil action of the County Court, in and for Clay County, Florida, in which MINNIE M. EWING WHO MAY BE IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY is the Defendant, and THE PRESERVE AT TWO CREEKS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
is the Plaintiff. The property will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on June 29, 2023, on Clay County’s Public Auction website: www.clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The property to be sold as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure is more particularly described as:
Lot 309, TWO CREEKS, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 62 through 104, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
