NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 21, 2023 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Clay County, Florida, described as:

Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, TARA S. GREEN, on the 5th day of June, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. ON-LINE at www.clay.realforeclose.com, to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
