LOT 10, BLOCK 23, BELLAIR UNIT 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 64 AND 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 396 BONNLYN DRIVE, ORANGE PARK, FL 32073; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.clay.realforeclose.com, on August 17, 2023 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
