as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The property to be sold as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure is more particularly described as:
Lot 267, COPPERGATE UNIT FOUR-C, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Pages 68 through 70, inclusive, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
