Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 4, 2022, in the above styled civil action of the County Court, in and for Clay County, Florida, in which, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST HENRY E. JONES, JR, DECEASED, IAN SCHROEDER, SHAWN SCHROEDER,  USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK and CACH, LLC, are the Defendants, and GLEN LAUREL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on November 15, 2022, by electronic sale at www.clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property set forth in the Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 51, Glen Laurel Unit Two, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 56, 57, 58 and 59, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
