NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE PINE RIDGE PLANTATION COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Pine Ridge Plantation Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intent to adopt rules relating to revised policies regarding the suspension and termination of access to the amenity facilities and other properties owned and managed by the Districts.
The purpose and effect of the rules is to provide for efficient and effective operations of the District’s amenity facilities and other properties by setting policies, regulations, rates and fees. Legal authority for the District to adopt the proposed rules includes Sections 120.54, 120.81, 190.011(5), 190.012(3), 190.035, and 190.041, Florida Statutes.
A public hearing will be conducted by the District on July 18, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Pine Ridge Plantation Amenity Center, 400 Pine Ridge Plantation, Middleburg, Florida 32068.
