NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Rescheduled Foreclosure Sale entered on August 1, 2022, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any duly authorized deputy, will sell the property situated in Clay County, Florida, described as:

Lot 1, Block 1, SUNRISE PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 5, of the public records of Clay County, Florida.

to the highest and best bidder on September 15, 2022, online at www.clay.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
