NOTICE OF REMOVAL OF SUBSIDIES FOR CERTAIN MOBILITY FEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 26, 2022 at 5:00 pm or as soon thereafter, the Board of County Commissioners of Clay County will consider the removal of subsidies for certain uses whose mobility fees are currently subsidized as shown on the County’s website at https://www.claycountygov.com/government/planning-and-zoning/impact-mobility- fees/mobility-fee-effective-2-1-2021                                

A copy of the Mobility Fee Rate Schedules without subsidies, to be effective May 15, 2022, and to replace the fee schedule effective October 1, 2021, is available for review at the office of the Clay County Planning Department, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida.

Upon Board approval, the Mobility Fees will continue to be imposed upon all New Construction occurring within the unincorporated area of the County and shall be collected prior to Electrical Power Clearance for said construction without subsidies. The new Mobility Fee Rate Schedules without subsidies will be effective on May 15, 2022.
